Wheat flour in/with-200 g
Butter-100 g in the dough and 20 g for greasing the mold;
Eggs – 2 PCs.
Sour cream-120 g
Coconut shavings-2 tbsp.
Baking powder with saffron – 1 tsp.
Canned pineapple rings – 5-6 PCs.
Zest – of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Mix the softened butter with the sugar.
Add the eggs and sour cream and beat with a mixer on medium speed.
Grate the lemon zest on a fine grater and squeeze out the lemon juice. Add to the dough.
Combine the flour with baking powder. Sift the flour and baking powder into the dough. Mix until uniform consistency.
Add the coconut shavings and mix again.
