COOKING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

flour 0.2 kg;

eggs 3 pieces;

1 can of peaches (0.5 liters);

100 grams of oil;

1 tsp Ripper;

2 tablespoons of starch;

half a lemon;

incomplete glass of sour cream;

sugar 0.14 kg;

vanilla.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE

RUB the butter and sugar (half), enter one egg. We leave the rest for the filling. Add flour to the future dough. Fill it with baking powder, mix it, and send it to the refrigerator for half an hour.

STEP TWO

While preparing the filling, to do this, throw in a bowl of cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, starch, add vanilla and sugar. If desired, you can add more sugar than the specified amount. Squeeze the juice from the lemon and whisk everything together with a mixer.

STEP THREE

Open the jar with peaches, take out the fruit and let the excess liquid drain.

STEP FOUR
