salmon pot pie

Salmon pie is a festive dish, its appearance and taste will win the hearts of your guests.

COOKING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

1.2 kg of ready-made puff pastry

2-3 salmon or salmon steaks

200 g of boiled rice

3 pieces of boiled eggs

2 pieces of raw eggs

90 ml of cream

Lots of greens (dill, parsley)

For the salmon marinade:

0.5 lemon (juice)

0.5 tsp salt

To taste-black pepper, herbs, olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS:

 STEP ONE 

Cut the fish into large cubes.

STEP TWO

Marinate the fish, spices, and lemon juice, put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

STEP THREE

The finished dough is slightly rolled out.

STEP FOUR

Prepare the filling: chop 3 hard-boiled eggs with a fork, add cream and rice, as well as herbs. Add the marinated fish to the filling and mix thoroughly.

STEP FIVE

Put the finished filling on the rolled dough and heat it with the dough. The top rolled dough is coated with raw egg.

STEP SIX

Place the pie in the oven for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
