Apple pear pie

This is an extremely tender, Apple-pear pie, just melting in your mouth a Wonderful tandem of Apple and pear can only be used pear dessert recipe! And the crispy crust on top makes the pie even more appetizing. It is prepared from available ingredients and quickly enough... Do not deny yourself the pleasure of trying this delicacy with a Cup of morning tea or coffee!

COOKING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

140 g Sugar

2 pieces Yolks-(we don’t use whites)

3 pieces of Apples

2 pieces Pear

180 g corn Flour

4 g baking powder

125 ml Milk

50 g butterpinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE

Grind the yolks with sugar until light. 2-3 tablespoons of sugar to leave for topping

STEP TWO

Add milk to the egg-sugar mass. Whisk everything until smooth.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt. Zammit dough.

STEP THREE

Melt the butter and add half of it to the yolks, leaving the rest of the butter to grease the surface of the cake.

STEP FOUR

Peel the apples cut them into cubes and add them to the dough. Mix everything.
Cut the pear into slices.

STEP FIVE

Grease the baking dish with oil and pour the dough into it. Place the pear slices on the surface of the pie. Top with the remaining butter and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
