Pumpkin flesh-350 grams
Sour cream (fat content 10-15 %) – 250 grams
Semolina – 200 grams
baking Powder-1 spoon
Nutmeg (ground) – 0.5 Teaspoons
Grate the pulp of a sweet pumpkin on a fine grater and place in a deep bowl.
Add sour cream and granulated sugar to the grated pumpkin, mix.
Pour nutmeg and baking powder, mix thoroughly until smooth.
Put the resulting dough in the prepared form (the silicone mold can be not lubricated) and place in the oven.
Bake pumpkin manna on sour cream for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.
