INGREDIENTS:

Boiled chicken fillet-300 g
Flour-50 g
Egg (small) — 2 PCs.
Milk-150 g
Hard cheese of low fat content-50 g
Baking powder-1/2 tsp.
Seasonings (black pepper, curry, Italian herbs) – to taste
Salt-to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE

Chicken fillet finely chop.

STEP TWO

Beat the eggs with salt and milk, add flour, baking powder, and seasonings, so it turns out a thin dough.

STEP THREE

In the dough place the chicken pieces and grated cheese.

STEP FOUR

Stir well and transfer to a baking dish.

STEP FIVE

Bake the pie in a preheated 200-degree oven for about 35-40 minutes (until golden brown).
