COOKING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

mashed potatoes-500 g;

butter-50 g;

egg — 1 PC.;

flour-300 g;

grated cheese — 100 g.

For filling:

green onion-2 bundles;

boiled eggs-6 PCs.;

salt-to taste;

pepper-to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE

In a bowl with 500 g of mashed potatoes, add 50 g of butter, 1 egg, and 100 g of grated cheese and mix.

STEP TWO

Add 300 g of flour and knead until smooth.

STEP THREE

Leave the dough to rest in a bowl under a towel. At this time, we prepare the filling.

STEP FOUR

Cut 2 bunches of green onions and 6 boiled eggs, mix, salt and pepper.

STEP FIVE

Divide the potato dough into 2 parts (one part less-for the top of the pie).

STEP SIX
