pear dessert recipe

COOKING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

Dough

100 g of oil

100 g of sugar

1 egg + 2 egg yolks

250-300 g of flour

2 tsp baking powder

Zest of 1/2 lemon

Vanillin

Filling: 3 pears
……………….
Meringue: 2 protein + 100 g sugar

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE

Beat the butter with the sugar (I chop the butter with a knife until the sugar takes all the butter.

STEP TWO

Add the baking powder, egg, and yolks….zest and vanilla…

STEP THREE

Mix everything well….enter the flour and knead the dough.
STEP FOUR
The dough turns out very plastic and pleasant…

STEP FIVE

Immediately distribute in the form…. make the sides and put in the refrigerator for half an hour.

STEP SIX

For half an hour to peel and cut pears (I have this time small and not of the highest grade….but this, fortunately, did not affect the taste.

STEP SEVEN

Fill the form with pears with the dough and put it in the oven for 180 g for 25-30 minutes

STEP EIGHT

Whisk the whites with sugar into a strong foam. Take out the pie from the oven, distribute the meringue on top of the pears….. reduce the degrees to 150 and bake until the meringue is Golden.
