Seafood pot pie/Fish pot pie

COOKING RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

FOR THE DOUGH

 flour-1.5 cups (240 g)

 salt – ½ tsp

 margarine-100 g

 egg-1 PC.

 cold water-about 3 tablespoons

FOR FILLING

 squid (small) – 2 PCs

shrimps (cooked and frozen, weight of peeled) – 200 g

 octopuses-200 g.

 salad with seaweed-200 g

 rice-1 bag (100 g)

 eggs-3 PCs.

 hard cheese-150 g

 salt, ground black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

STEP ONE

Prepare the dough. To do this, sift the flour into a deep bowl, add salt, margarine, diced, and RUB it with flour into a fat crumb.

STEP TWO

Break the egg into the crumbs and start kneading the dough, adding a little cold water. As soon as the dough is collected in a lump, stop adding water, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

STEP THREE

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Seafood, without defrosting, boils until ready.

STEP FOUR

Boil the bag of rice in salted water according to the instructions on the package, then tear the bag, pour the rice into a bowl and leave to cool. Grate half of the hard cheese on a coarse grater.

STEP FIVE

Combine the cooled rice in a bowl with the seaweed, seafood, and grated cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix. Break the eggs, shake them lightly, add to the filling, and mix again.

STEP SIX

Brush the bottom and sides of the mold with a piece of margarine. Roll out the cooled dough thinly, turn it on a rolling pin, transfer it, and lay it on the bottom of the mold with the transition to the sides. Prick the dough on the bottom with a fork.

STEP SEVEN

Put the filling on the dough in the form, grate the remaining cheese on a large grater. Put the pie form in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes to brown slightly.

Ready-made seafood pie transfer from the mold to a dish and after cooling slightly, serve to the table. Bon Appetit!
